firstname.lastname@example.org 303-495-5502 First, congratulations on your pregnancy! I remember the excitement and nervousness I felt during my own pregnancies like it was yesterday. I also remember the challenge of finding evidence based information. I’ve been educating and supporting families through birth since 2001 in the metro Denver area as well as Los Angeles, California. My interest in childbirth began during my first pregnancy in 1999 and has continued ever since. Over the years, I’ve trained and hold current certifications with international organizations including, ICEA (International Childbirth Educators Association), DONA (Doulas of North America). I was also formerly certified through AAHCC (The Bradley Method) from 2001-2006. I’ve taught childbirth classes in and out of the hospital setting supporting more than fifteen hundred couples on varying aspects of birth. My goal is to instill confidence and knowledge in both new and experienced parents so they feel empowered to navigate the myriad of choices faced during pregnancy and childbirth. In 2008 I began a three-year battle with infertility, ultimately conceiving and giving birth to my second child in late 2011. During this time, I developed a passion for working with expecting families and those pregnant and giving birth after infertility. I’ve designed a wide selection of classes including a unique childbirth class for couples pregnant and birthing after experiencing infertility. I currently attend births in the Denver South area and teach natural childbirth classes at Bella Natural Women’s Care. I also launched and teach, the very first natural childbirth class at SkyRidge Medical Center. I look forward to hearing from you about your wishes for your birth.

Meet my backup…
Jacie Gonzales, CLD, HBCE, LE Doula, HypnoBirthing Instructor, Lactation Educator Jacie is the mother of two incredible boys and a sweet little girl! She has been a doula for almost ten years and has had the privilege of attending over 200 births! Jacie is certified with the following organizations: • Certified Mongan HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator • Certified Hypno-Doula • CAPPA Certified Labor Doula (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) Jacie has experience with both natural and medicated births, VBACs, c-sections, high-risk pregnancies, and home births. She has had a real passion for pregnant mothers and babies for as long as she can remember. After giving birth herself, Jacie became motivated to help other mothers through this amazing process. Jacie truly loves her “work”, serving and supporting other families during such an incredible time in their lives. She believes who you have by your side, and the amount of support that you have during this baby welcoming time, can truly enhance the entire experience. Jacie has found through her work experiences, that most mothers are unaware of the choices that are really theirs to make. She wants to help educate mothers about their bodies and about what a natural process birth really is. Having the opportunity to help to develop an educated, prepared, empowered, and confident family is a gift that she greatly treasures!
