Give birth with knowledge, confidence and support!
This class is taught at Bella Natural Women’s Care in Englewood, CO. Class size is limited. We suggest registering early. There is a two couple minimum requirement. Open to women 22- 35 weeks gestation. We strongly encourage you to start your classes earlier, rather than later.
Expectant families will learn about late pregnancy, exercises and optimal fetal positioning for a healthier pregnancy and easier birth, the stages of labor and birth, relaxation practices, natural pain relief techniques, medical interventions and more.
Each class will include pregnancy exercises, positive communication skills and relaxation practices to help prepare the body and mind for birth and postpartum. Variations in labor will be discussed, helping parents feel prepared to handle unexpected circumstances including back labor, long labors, inductions and cesareans.
Deposits are non-refundable. Bring two pillows, water, snacks and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited, register early.

About the instructor…
Stacey Bergin-Melito ICCE, CD(DONA) has been educating and supporting families through birth since 2001. Her interest in childbirth began during her own pregnancy and has continued ever since. Over the years, Stacey has trained and certified with international organizations including, ICEA (International Childbirth Educators Association), DONA (Doulas of North America) and AAHCC (The Bradley Method 2001-2006). Independently and in the hospital setting, Stacey has taught and supported more than fifteen hundred couples on varying aspects of birth, instilling confidence and knowledge in both new and experienced parents as they navigate the myriad of choices faced during pregnancy and childbirth. Stacey has designed a wide selection of classes including a unique childbirth class for couples giving birth after experiencing infertility.
