As the founder, I consider Natal to Nest to be my baby, just as my children are. In fact, birthing them may have taken a shorter time! When I cut the grand opening ribbon the morning of March 30th, with my family standing around me, I knew that nurturing this prenatal wellness center into being is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done.
The wonderful instructors of Natal to Nest gathered around me for the opening and we managed to get one photo together:

It was a gorgeous day and we had fun! We held an Easter egg hunt for the kids (this is about the kids, right?)
While the parents met with instructors and learned about our childbirth classes, and prenatal, fertility and parent-tot yoga classes, the kids got their faces painted!
Of course the grand opening would not have been complete without some great class demonstrations. Below, shots of the fertility yoga session and the parent-tot fitness demonstration.
More to come very soon. In the mean time – class registration is going on now!
And don’t forget about the FREE…yes…FREE….Early Pregnancy Class on April 15th from 6:30-8:30 pm. We’d like you to tell your friends about it so they can call 303-221-NEST (6378) and make a reservation. The class size is limited and reservations are required. If you’ve learned you’re expecting, this is a special invitation to attend!
